These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Philippine Jockey Club (PJC) website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Eligibility and Registration
To use certain features of the Services, including but not limited to our Fastbet and OTB applications, you must register for an account. By registering, you confirm that:
- You are at least 21 years of age, or the legal age required by Philippine law to participate in betting activities.
- All information provided during the registration process (including identity verification documents and photographs) is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You will maintain the security of your account credentials and promptly notify us of any unauthorized use.
2. Betting and Wagering Rules
All betting activities conducted through the PJC Services are subject to the official rules and regulations established by the Philippine Racing Commission (PHILRACOM) and the Philippine Jockey Club.
- All wagers are final once confirmed by our system.
- PJC reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at our sole discretion.
- In the event of a dispute, the official race results and payout calculations validated by PHILRACOM will be considered final and binding.
3. Financial Transactions and Accounts
You are strictly prohibited from using the Services to facilitate illicit financial activities. PJC complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) regulations of the Philippines. We reserve the right to suspend accounts, withhold funds, or report suspicious activities to relevant authorities if we detect violations.
4. Fastbet Registration & KYC
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and regulatory compliance, users applying for Fastbet must undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. By submitting your ID and selfie, you consent to our automated and manual verification procedures, including Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processing. PJC reserves the right to reject applications that do not meet our verification standards.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, video livestreams, race data, and software associated with the Services are the exclusive property of the Philippine Jockey Club or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PJC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use or inability to use the Services, or from any unauthorized access to our servers.
7. Modifications to the Terms
PJC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Philippines.
